First, remove the filter completely to reveal the drain pump cover. Next, pry off the pump cover with a spoon until it clicks. Grip the cover and pull upward until you feel resistance. Then pull forward to remove the cover completely. Check the pump and remove any debris and standing water with a sponge. Use caution as some debris may be sharp. If needed, review your owner's manual for more specific instructions. |
